The intent of Hong Kong Computer Education Centre (HKCEC) is to foster computer literacy among schools and organizations in Hong Kong. Course work consists of office application, multimedia, programming and campus TV production programs, as well as computer and basic AV production skills.
To assist in building a healthier society, both present and future, by
bridging educational and economic disparities in our culture attributable to
technological advances.
